Our history: We are a family owned and operated company established in 1962. The Neal Family bought the Company in 1983, and it is still owned and operated by members of the family today. For decades, we have been proud to serve as a cornerstone of the Shelton community, ensuring our neighbors have reliable access to the life-sustaining water they depend on.
